But I condemn them for want to annihilate Synth, include good Synth like Curie.
If it were Sisterhood I bet they would be more soft and caring.

In fallout 1 the council head of the elders council is a Female named Mary.
To be honest i think the brotherhood is more progressive then this chat :P
Same reason as humanity is often referred to as mankind. Istitutions named after women generally only involve women. But brotherhoods can involve both genders. Same with kingdom. Even if the ruler is a queen it's still a kingdom.
Ghouls brain rotten and can become feral, and Super Mutants just savages with lust of power.
