The harder they fall achievement (kill 5 giant enemies)
So far I've killed

One mirelurk Queen at the Castle
Another Mirelurk queen at a location near Diamond City
One Super mutant behemoth in the Western wastes
One super mutant behemoth near Corvega Facility
One super mutant behemoth up in the Northern Wastes
and the Swan who lives in the ruins near Diamond City
One super mutant behemoth during Brotherhood of Steel missions..

Still no achievement. I bring a companion with me, but always do majority of the damage by far.

Do I need to get the killing blow or what? I heard these types of enemies don't respawn...so i'm hoping I can still get this achievement.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Funny, now I think about it I'm pretty sure I've taken down more than enough "Giant Enemies" to warrant this achievement...

Found this on some website:

If you missed the location of the giants, and you want The Harder They Fall achievement, you can check out this list below that tells their locations:

Behemoth 1/5. Location: South of Walden Pound.
Ancient Behemoth 2/5. Location: South of Greentop Nursery.
Swan 3/5. Location: Swans Pound.
Ancient Behemoth 4/5. Location: East of Gunner Plaza.
Mirelurk Queen 5/5. Location: Murkwater Construction Site.
And that’s how you get the trophy or achievement The Harder They Fall in Fallout 4.

Maybe queens aren't considered giants? Dumb, I know but this is Bethesda we're talking about.

They are. I got the achievement killing the Queen of the Castle.

The behemoths during the BoS quest don't count because the game expects your big buddy to one-shot them.

Im pretty sure you have to land the killing blow and the behemoth during the BOS quest went toward my achievement.

I got all of mine from mirelurk queens, they are all over the east once your high enough level they are just walking around near the beaches or marshes.

Does anyone know if it will still count if the Mysterious Stranger lands the killing blow? I should have one left to go, unless the MS kill will not count...

Update, just killed another Mirelurk Queen (made sure I got the last blow).

Achievement unlocked woo!

Took me another 10 days or so to find a giant creature, but I did it lol
