Where I can buy good clothes?(not armor)

I done institude story line,but where are the shops with good clothes with armor stats?

I think both the Silver Shroud outfit and Kellogs outfit look mighty fine albeit less than average defenses but heck, try outsmarting boolets.

Simply put there aren't any. These aren't the droids you're looking for.

You can mod most outfits with ballistic weave if you have done the Railroad quests but there is no guarantee you will be able to wear armor over them.

@op. i still wear the vault clothes. havent found any better clothes (lvl 52 currently). but for the last 10 lvls i dont even check anymore :'D
