It may also be that you need to do a clean uninstall/reinstall of your GPU driver using the DDU program. I do not know if this program works for AMD cards or not. Ive only used it with Nvidia.
IF you are using a Sweet FX mod, keep in mind that Fallout 4 just got a new patch recently which means you may need to uninstall/reinstall the mod (look for updates as well).
LASTLY, if you are using a 900 series Nvidia GPU, go into the Nvidia 3D settings and make sure you dont have the DSR turned on. When DSR is turned on, you do not need to have antialiasing turned on. This flickering happened to me in Skyrim because of the DSR + Antialiasing. Choose one or the other. Try turning down the grass fade level as well if nothing else works.
Thanks for the advice. Sadly, nothing worked out for me. Already used all the tweaks you described. I am using an NVidia GeForce GTX 760 and various mods, but the flickering has been there from the start before I even installed the first mod. Played Skyrim a few weeks ago with the same setup, never had an issue with flickering there.
Sigh.
Hm, I don't think so. But I'm not sure, havent played the game since february. Maybe I'll reinstall and check it, wanted to try new mods anyway...
