Silver Shroud Costume stuck?
Does anyone else have this problem that I do? If it's even a problem that is... I completed the quest and accepted taking on the responsibility of becoming the Silver Shroud whenever he calls out to me on the radio. However, I can't seem to get rid of the costume. I can't drop it, store it, trade it, sell it. Nothing works.

Is this part of the game? To have it permanently in your inventory from now on? Or is this a glitch and I'm suppose to be able to do with it as I please?

I believe it is permanent. I have the shroud, can't store it. I have a couple of other quest items I can't store, also.

How do you complete the whole SS quest line? By helping out with the radio callouts as well? If not, then I completed it. It's no longer in my quests.

Edit: Nevermind, it's still in my quest logs. How many do I have to do?

You just need to turn into SS raido show and give you a quest. there is like 5 i think.

Alright. After that can I let followers equip it since it's now able to be moved throughout my inventory? I enjoy it, but I like my minutemen general (retextured to look like Preston's) outfit more. Plus, it has better defensive stats in both categories.

Actually if you reach level 45 and have Kent upgrade your Silver Shroud Costume to the max after saving him on the questline, it trumps the Minutemen's General outfit in both aspects + you still get the neat bonus of 15% less damage against humans.
