Glory was supposed to die from an attack on the railroad by the brother hood of steel, if you went with their quest after danse ' quest and becoming a paladin.
I "completed" the game with the Minutemen as well, and the same thing happened with Glory in my game. PAM is also wanting me to go out and kill remaining Brothehood members, even though I never had a problem with them or fought against them. (My quest log mentions the dectruction of the Prydwen, but I didn't destroy it or see it destroyed. After I finished the assualt on the Institute with the Minutemen, the Pryden was just gone.)
In addition, Rhys and Scribe Haylen treat me as if I completed the entire Brotherhood quest line, but I didn't. I never even joined the Brotherhood. I can't interact with Danse at all.
EDIT:
by the way, this hasn't been fixed at all, just run into it with my minutemen ending right now.
So awesome... I wish there would be console commands that I can do to kind of reverse these things...
Guess it's not fixed yet lol
bethesda is just trying to push their creation club ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ through and thats it with the game fixing.
i mean, they are not even trying to fix the biggest quest bugs, like the one you get in bunker hill if you choose to be with the minutemen but still staying friendly to the railroad.
and that is a bug that most people(if not all) who choose this path will get, because it is a problem with the script correlation...and i understand this with barely knowing ♥♥♥♥ about game engines or programming, but its so painfully obvious.
but seriously, get the unofficial fallout 4 patch the community made from the nexus(or smaller fix "mods"/patches from there), that is your only hope of having bugs fixed that are still in the game by now, bethesda wont probably work on fallout 4 bugfixing anymore.
-Yeah me too
