You have seen the PPSH-41, right? Because that's what the Combat Shotgun is based off of.

Lumpy is right, the combat shotgun doesn't make much sense, even though it's inspired by the real gun. For example the ejector is located at really weird place, or the barrel seems to go both forward and backward from the drum, which is really strange.
but the huntin rifle left side bolt is an obomination to watch as the rifle takes up half the screen between shots and i have to refind my target
