How to heal health/rads?
No, i'm not stupid. I mean, is there a place in diamond city where I can heal without using my chems or something. Like in fallout 3, your house in megaton. I'm not deep into fallout 4 yet so im not packed.

Doctor Sun heals rads for 40 caps and health for 15.
This is true, near the barber shop, talk to DR. Sun (the facial surgeon xD).

Are there any taps or toilets or something in diamond city that can heal me without paying?

I got bad news about your very first statement...
But to more directly answer your question; no, there's nothing you can get like the medical thing you could add to your house in Megaton.

Keep in mind, though, that you can create your own RadAway at a chem station (there's one behind one of the houses on the west side of Sanctuary if you haven't already found it) and that if you use a cooking station to turn Mutant Hound Meat into Mutant Hound Chops, those both restore health and remove rads.

Well I meant, is there a bed or where can I get my own house like in fallout 3 in megaton?

I think you can drink from the lake in the back of the city. It will heal you but also give you rads. Only way to get rid of rads is to use rad-away or find a doctor. You could also sleep to regain your health (there's a place where you can rent a bed on Diamond City).

There is a mod that can be used to get free services at Diamond City (or console command the gold in as a one time allowance if you really need it).

Alright thank you

You could get that perk that makes rads heal you. solve both problems at the same time.

Does buying and sleeping in the house in DCity not do the trick?

You can also get a ready supply of Purified Water from your settlements - each day, any excess water the settlement has is placed in the workbench storage as Purified Water.

For crafting RadAway, the big things you'll need are antiseptic (which you can find in things like Abraxo Cleaner) and glowing fungus. I know some of the fungus grows in the caves under the Red Rocket station near Sanctuary but they turn up often enough and it's hard to miss them thanks to them glowing bright green.

I don't think that restores rads. Could be wrong, though.

You can heal health by sleeping in any bed.

Rads can only healed with Rad Away or at a doc (possibly a companion?). But Rad Away is so ridiculously easy to find. And even without perks it removes 300 Rads. I have almost 100 Rad Away sitting in The Castle and I carry 2-4 on me at all times. Usually I end up bringing 20+ back to base after doing 1-3 side missions.

Tip for using Rad Away - Don't use it unless your HP bar is at least 25% red. Anything less than that and you're essentially wasting it.

By the way, I'm playing on Survival. I don't know if that ups the chance for finding Rad Away and RadX, but that stuff is like dirt it's so common. Not like in FONV where Rad Away was more precious than everything.

EDIT - There are some perks that slowly reduce your Rads, too.
