Croup Manor Settler bug
Hoping Bethesda see this.
Just informing you guys that there is a minor bug with the Croup Manor settelment. when ever i go there for some reason 3-4 of my settlers are knowhere to be seen, after looking around i found that they keep spawning/ wondering off the cliff at the back of the Manor. this is both outside of the building zone and they just get stuck there, making it hard for player to assine them to tasks.

here are some links to screen shots of the problem to help show you what i mean.

Same issue here.. Even if I can tell them to do something while standing on the cliff, they wont go away from the water anyway... I hope they fix this bug due to the nice settlement.

Bad spawn place *Bethesda* ! :/ Over and out.
Yeah this bug makes Croup Manor worthless. They put the spawn point for the npcs at the bottom of the cliff. I use the moveto player command to bring them back up into the settlement, but the next time I travel there they're all back down there.

Is happiness or resource production impacted by this? Curious, because I'm just on my way to clear out the Manor, and I don't want it dragging down the rest of my settlement network.

I'm totally aware that the settlement gimmick is pretty much inconsequential in the game, but I like the satisfaction I get from a nice settlement grid :3

No, the settlers will still be assigned to whatever you assigned them to, so the game doesn't distinguish if they are physically using them. As long as you assign them to crops and beds, your happiness won't be affected, it just kills immersion.

Actually that is incorrect. They cannot be assigned to tasks, as they are outside the construction zone. They count toward food, water, etc. needs, but cannot contribute to the workload.

Just use the bell that gathers the settlers and they should slowly gather there. Then just assing them to whatever you want or if you need to change gear etc.
If you want to speed things up use the siren to cause panic and stop the siren and the settlers will go back to whatever you assingned them for. This actually works on some other bugged settlers at other settlements also.....not all thought.

CroupSettlerRescue.esp this mod adds a stairway, and a dock below, lets settlers get back up to manor.
