You have your opinion (drac25) and yes that's a mod (modding isn't all the time to add something in the game) I modify some graphics element that make the game more defined in some point. So yes E-Man I consider like a mod. Have a good day!

So Gigga which mod would you recommend for less eyestrain the added color or the photorealistic mod version? I play 2 hrs and i get a head ache from vanilla Fallout

All about your preference :P The Photorealistic (original) make the game a little bit more desaturate and the colorful is full of color but the two version is worked with exposure so the eye isn't killed by the brightness.

It's cool and all, but it just looks like you turned the brightness down and bumped contrast a little.

does .. and you will see that it's not as easy as that basis my friend. You must have some knowledge of graphic design in order to make a change like this... thus is not like instagram ....jesus.
