Can I kill kids in this one?

There's a arrogant kid in Diamond City, right near the water pumping area, he is
so annoying me, there's anyway to kill him? or he is immortal like in skyrim,
I didnt tried that yet, because I dont want to became a "criminal" chasing by guards
, it just feels wrong- so I'm asking here first anyone tried to kill any kids yet?

and no I'm not a weird person, just asking, if thats not possible then its ok

Still weird..killing kids is by all means the most f**ked up action you can do if you trust in media censorship. There are alot far less weird things that you dont find mods for..but killing kids....there you get it.."happy steamroling little lamplight dude"

Post-apocalyptia is a dangerous place. Children should not be immune to death. Nor should followers. Or quest NPCs. Bethesda dumbed this game down way too much to appease all the newcomers, and it's the modders that'll have to shovel all of BethSoft's ♥♥♥♥ out of the game.

Stuff like this was made for skyrim and stuff because the creation kits were released and a script extender mod was also released. Without these it cannot be done, so wait for both of these (early next year) then you can have fun with sex mods.

If you don´t want to be a criminal , don´t even think of killing someone innocent . Least of all children or animals . If they have not shot at you , you don´t shoot at them . Quite simple really .
