Wounding Auto Pistols
10mm auto pistols with "Wounding" have insane damage. I've taken out Deathclaws and just about every thing else faster with this gun than amost anything else i've used. It seems to me that the 25 bleed damage stacks with each bullet, not just from one effect after the other, but concurrently and the health of enemies drains so fast. And this is on top of normal bullet damage. I don't know how many people use this set up but its so good, and my favorite so far.

I wish burning didn't suck.

I guess burning sucks because you are allowed to apply it manually with laser and plasma weapon mods, instead of relying on the RNjesus to bless you.

I got the best burning mods on my laser rifle and even after shooting a super mutant in the legs a bunch of times just to make sure I don't kill them outright, I can only just BARELY noticed the bar is moving down.

Yeah I was more pointing out the effect of wounding, it doesn't have to be on a pistol, usually though thats just what i usually find it on. But whatever its on as long as its auto, it will do just crazy damage. Exposive shotguns ok sure but you shoot someone with that they can go around a corner or find cover say in a high building / rooftop. Not with this setup, they are most likely dead anywhere they go after being hit by a couple bullets.
