Does the rack actually WORK?
Because whenever I make shelves to display the toy alien, and toy rocket ship, whenever I come back, they're both half way through the shelf, then the more I travel, the lower on the shelves they end up, until they end up on the floor

Yeah, the magazine rack/shelf and bobblehead rack work. Other shelves don't work like that though, sadly.

The bobblehead stand and magazine racks work because they are special containers. Placing other stuff on normal shelves, or even things like lamps on tables doesn't seem to work well because Bethesda has sadly never figured out how to have placeable loose items in the game world without having problems with collision. It's been a problem in their games for quite a while.

The rack works but unless I'm missing something, in the previous game you could one-click them from your inventory and this one it seems like you have to hunt for them and place them one by one. Kinda annoying.
