Yeah, it's a big let-down, you get more stuff from those crates than from that hideout.

keep in mind that the "huge stash" that you were promised by Trish was to save her life. Obviously she is going to lie. (most likely in the hopes that you get killed) After Paul refuses my 30 - 70 split, I took the stuff from the crates anyway. Both he & Henry attacked me. So i ended up with 60x all those chems (Jet, Psycho, Mentats, buffout) plus the very small stash at the lab, plus Latimer's 820 caps. Pretty decent payday.

The one advantage of no Karma in this game is that I can kill both and get my hands on the crates -and- the stash.

As much as I miss the Karma system, or something like it, I AM happy that I can occasionally go full ham on someone and just take their stuff
