But it's tricky since the vendor stand is so tall, it'll only fit in the open 2-story areas :p
I put up counter tops and bar stools poistioned right, and people tend to like to sit at those. They will randomly spawn coffee cups and what not, that i think had nothing to do with the actual sales at the bar stand though.
Add in a disco ball, a juke box, and what have yous and it looks pretty nice. the top floor load it with beds and there you have it. since this building attracts most of the settlers at night, the four corners of the rooftop i ring with turrets, so if you come back for an enemy attacks scenario, they have a lot of cover fire right at the start.
