95, way down South. They respawn outside it/at the entrance. Assaultrons there too though and they may be high level.

They don't respawn there. I probably got 5+ though. Raiders don't wear them. Some dogs do though.

It's in the bottom left of the map near where you enter the Glowing Sea- it's pretty close to the bottom end once you get toward the Sea almost 100% the Vault marker icon will pop up on the compass. Likely gonna be a bit of a time. Halucigen is on the way to Vault 114/Park Str Station.
