Does anyone know where a bank is ?

i once found a bank that had a vault and it was protected by a terminal that was to hard for me to hack. I got the right skill now but i cant find this bank

I think I know which one you mean. Is it "University Point"? There is a bank there with decent loot

do you mean the "commonwealth bank"? its somewhere in the financial district, but i cant remember where exactly. you can enter it via an elevator in a parking garage, a skybridge and a staircase
