How do I move the Borderless Window?
I'd like to play Windowed Borderless so I can use my other monitor while I play. Problem is, the window "spawns" way down in the corner of my screen, and I can't move it. Any suggestions? I've tried switching resolutions back and forth etc. so far nothing has worked.

Ah, that is a Windows issue. I have that at times as I use 3 monitors, all at a different screen resolution. It can be a annoying POS.

I'd try this. Go into (I presume using Nvidia here) Nvidia settigns for multi monitor and disable
any secondary monitors for now . Hopefully that will get the situation back in control
on your main display and then you can try again.

Try editing the ini file to change the borderless=1 to borderless=0, move the windowed screen to where you wanna use it, then reedit the file back to borderless=1. That's what i had to do.

i'm using nvidia surround with 4 monitors. (3 monitors in a 3x1 config) and a 4th monitor above and to the left.

2.
Open Fallout4Custom.ini

3.
Under [Display], Change iLocation X=0 and iLocation Y=0

4.
Save changes and it should now be fixed.

This works nicely with ultrawide monitor too. I have native resolution of 5120x1440 and playing at 3440x1440 borderless window. Now there's space on both sides for Discord etc :)
