I started my own list with all the enemy NPC spawn codes. Its not done yet but I figiured I would put together a guide with the codes since I couldnt find a list anywhere for others like me who want to be able to spawn in enemy NPCs. Heres a link to my guide: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=560634546
I've got all the deathclaws, super mutants, ghouls, and raiders done and am working on finishing the rest for anyone who thinks spawning in 25 supermutants and 6 deathclaws in near the museum of freedom to see who wins!! Its a blast! I also tried one of my settlements vs a behemoth some mutants to see how my settlers would hold up.

You also can type "Help [name of enemy you want] 4" and it gives you the ID's. (I assume that is what you did to make your guide but I could be wrong)

Thats exactly what I did but I figured it would be convenient if people just had a full list to look at so they can spawn in a variety of different enemies in different numbers without having to look them up individually. This way they can just shift tab into the steam guide and pick the enemies from a list.

I checed out your guide to see how it was and have one suggestion. I would suggest putting somewhere at the top by itself that the command to spawn enemies by you is "player.placeatme ###### #" and then describe what each of the pounds signs meant.

I haven't done it yet but in Skyrim I made batch files with bunches of NPC's already set in the spawn list, so I could quickly add bunches of Bandits, Necromancers and so on. It's easy enough to do yourself if you take the time to discover their ID's manually using the help [creaturehere] 0 command, which yeah you've said you'd prefer a list to, which I don't know of and thus can't provide, but...its there while you wait, right?

Example, while I'm sure you know how bat files work, you'd fill a notepad with

player.placeat me RAIDERID
player.placeat me RAIDERID
player.placeat me RAIDERID
player.placeat me RAIDERID
player.placeat me RAIDERID

then name it 5raiders. then you'd type in the console bat 5raiders and boom, they'd spawn. Great for quick battles and not having to ♥♥♥♥ around...I'm sure you already know the tdetect, tai and tcai commands as well as tgp and possibly even tfc, tcl and tm...so I won't mention those ;)

I will be sure to do this!

none of them spawn as hostile tho. until you attack them, all human enemies (raiders, gunners) are friendly

hmmm strange not sure why they would be spawning friendly but I havn't worked on this in a LOOOONG time and forgot to finish it. I am going to be playing through FO4 since I never finished beating it and will try to take some time to update and finish this guide if I can. I created mostly to use as I play but stopped playing and so I never finished it.

As a note, for hostile mobs the spawn command is much better than placeatme.
(they are placed a short distance in front of you instead of inside you...)
Also you can spawn multiples.
spawn 23d8cb 100
will spawn 100 random gunners (that is the baseID for LvlGunnerMixed, which uses the LCharGunner leveled list) for example.

In addition the enemy baseIDs, you can also use leveled list baseIDs to get different levels of an enemy type.
(which versions appear can be restricted by the level limits of the encounter zone you are in)
