Investing Caps?
So I've got Cap Collector to level 3 but I don't have any new dialogue options with traders. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong.

Open their shop menu, press Q (if you have 500 caps) and you'll invest in them.

It sometimes doesnt show up. Its really handy if you are a pack mule/hoarder like me as I have about 10 shop is sanctuary and all have about 1200 caps which makes unloading all my spoils of war much easier.
