I put all that stuff in a wall shelf I built in one of my settlements.
You can't. They're quest items. They don't weigh anything anyway so there's no real point.
yeah but then theres the passwords and other stuff. its just hard to know what we will need down the line and so fourth. Im sure they could have come up with a better, less cluttered system. It would have been best if they had gone into a Quest or invisible inventory. Modding will sort it our no doubt.

The Lithium Hydride and Gold are placed in the reagent receptacle and the U-238 isotope in its own receptacle to then craft the Piezonucleic power armor chest piece.
If you override the clean room door, the whole building attacks you. Maybe that's how you still have them in your inventory. I'll look for the item ids.

But i agree with serrel above that the game needs some sort of way to flag hollotapes and notes to let you know you have listened to or read them.
On another note, if you aren't aware already, there's a mod that brings back the keyring from 3 and New Vegas called KeyNuker, and it also comes as part of a pack called DEF_UI over on the Nexus.
