Any way to start settlement attacks?

I am just wondering. Would there be any way to instigate an attack on a settlement? I have only had one settlement attacked, and it wasn't even one I use. So, if anyone knows a command or trick or something please let me know.

Ive had about 5 under attack. Im at level 30 now though. I thought it would be a more frequent thing.

I had one attacked and I am at level 41.

put defense lower than food+water

Lower your defense below food + water.

This, the higher your defense and the lower your food and water, the less attacks there are.

spawn in foes, same thing they just spawn outside your city

I really do hope they fix the system so baddies will attack regardless of your defence rating. Even if they make them tougher baddies.

As others have stated. Food & water > defense.

most of my settlements and farms get attacked alot. sanctuary and other highly defensed spots are getting attacked too, but only a few seconds later the turrets shot them and its shown as quest completed :p

Damn. I was hoping you'd try that, it would've spawned about 100 deathclaws.
