Mass Fusion Quest Cannot Finish ("Bugged Out") Console Command To Finish Quest?

So my game has decide to "bug" out on the "mass fusion" quest, it is stuck on the last objective called "eliminate reactor level security" I have killed everyone in the building and I have gone "round and round" with trying to find anyone/anything to finish the quest with no available. So I am betting the quest has bugged out. Anyone know a console command to finish the quest 100%? So I can move on with the story. Thanks

Anyone that has a bugged quest use the command "CompleteQuest" and the corsponding quest ID for ex "Mass Fusion" command was "CompleteQuest 0015bd39" without the quotes.

I had the same problem until I realized the main door can only be opened by using your keycard on the button next to the door (like an elevator)

Thanks. I wish I used this a week ago. I have been trying to get back to the top of that building for the id card and terminal everyday.

I haven't been prompted with another main-line quest after using the code. Where do I go and how do I continue the quest-line?

Did it eventually work for you? I'm on the part "proceed to reactor level". I keep glitching through the floor when I enter the building from the ground floor and from the executive suite so i might have to use this code but now I'm a bit worried to. I think it's because I left to drop off junk and came back..?

Dude in reality the id is 000fdc8c

I used "tcl" in the console command to walk through the door, then turned off tcl. Did the rest of the quest and all went well. Finished game got achievements. =)
