Yeah forgot to mention that i have built that already. Should i build more? Is the effect stackable?
So if you have a functioning radio beacon but no radio signal on your pip boy for example, try deleting the tower and place it again, that usually works for me.
The only settlement where this doesn't work for me is Sanctuary for some reason. All the other settlements are growing, but Sanctuary still stays under it's limit, for weeks now.
So, a settlement I'd basically done nothing with, other that some basic resources and defences, was at 20 settlers when I returned to it hours later. Of course I added a load of stuff to it, trying to get all 20 settlers working, but ran out of wood in my supply network. Oops.
