Can't sit in face surgery chair (SPOILERS)

So for some reason i can't sit in the chair in the surgery basement. this is my first time trying to have one done and (spoilers guys) i don't know if this has anything to do with Doc Crocker dieing or what. has anyone else haveing this problem as well? also, are you having this problem after crocker died or what?

When you talk to the new surgery guy, the first time you ask for facial reconstructuin you don't actually pay him. Just talk to him and choose it again and you should be able to sit.
