Cant pick up items

I cant pick up some items then I come across them, like screwdriver, pistol, ammo even I use E, but can only move them around.

You're holding down E too long. Just tap it to "take" the item into your inventory.

If you hold down E for a second or two, the item will stick to your "hand" and you can pick it up and move it around. To drop it, tap E while holding it.

What if the whole game seems to be in super speed and no matter how fast you click e it doesn't work?

If you have a monitor with a high refresh rate (i.e. 120Hz or more) and are running the game at framerates above 60fps then the game can start having issues. You either want to limit the refresh of your monitor to 60Hz or you can also try installing the following mod:

If you want it a bit more cheeky then you can also install Auto Loot, which is a mod that will loot for you. It can loot just junk near you or about everything and up to a distance of 2 cells, like a super-sized vacuum cleaner. You will find it on NexusMods.com.
