[Possible Spoilers]Can't talk to Edward Deegan.

I have been trying to start the side quest special delivery as I have enough charisma to enter cabot house, however, as soon as I get in the house, I attempt to talk to Edward Deegan, but he will not interact with me. Has anyone else encountered this bug? Help Appreciated.

I have the same problem but just after doing the stuff he wants you to do. Can't turn it in. Will try different commands now and let you know if I can do something about it.

Where even is deegan? I cannot find him anywhere he is supposed to be :/

If you have a high enough charisma stat you will be able to get into Cabot House by using the intercom and convincing him to let you in. Otherwise he will be fast traveling around a few settlements after you clear out the mercs at the asylum.

b4 i went to cabot house, i meet him at bunker hill, he invited me over to that house
talking through the intercom just outside the house door, stating i been invited

prior meeting him at bunker hill, i explored the asylum outside, killed probably some of his guys - mercenaries

I'm not sure what exact stats are needed, but I found Ed at Goodneighbor and Bunker Hill and was approached by him, I haven't even been to the asylum.Still got invited to Cabot House.

I received the quest from Deegan personally and went into Cabot House but wasn't there to introduce me to Jack, wasn't able to continue the quest or interact with anything like my companions or other objects like doors.

Deegan just kept walking around the house and giving me automated responses like "hey or "what's up"
