[BUG] Disappearing character model/first person model and pip-boy UI

This is the most common bug I've experienced aside from poor performance at seemingly arbitrary times.

Most of the time when I activate my Pip-Boy light, my character's hands and weapon will disappear, along with the Pip-Boy UI.

I can reproduce the bug consistently but the only thing I'm certain is influencing it is activating the Pip-Boy light.

I haven't found any workaround for it yet and the only way to rectify the problem is to restart the game.


Anyone else had this bug yet?

I do but in my case it happens randomly.

I have it happen all the time. I zoom out and back into 1st person and it's fixed.
