Um skulls can go on a pole for the fun of having a pole with skulls.
Other non-human skulls can be affixed to other artful decor to increase happiness. Nothing is as good as a robotic singing fish, but the next best thing is the gaping maw of a molerat staring back at you from its resting place over the fire place.
Or a mirelurk claw hanging over your wet bar, and a ragtag head pair over the bed, to help make that cozy cottage feeling.
I wish I could mount the Brahmin udders in the dispenser in old refrigerators, but my creativity has been artificially limited.
