No Vampire/Cannibals??

Has anyone found any?
Scoured the majority of the map and have yet to find any.
It feels like they may of put TOO much focus into the crafting/settlements resulting in everything else being repetitive/stale.

There are some great quests like that, not cannibal per se but that type of thing. They really force you to explore in this game.

Lorenzo Cabot is kind of a Vampire and pretty much turns you into one if you're nice to him. Immortality FTW.
