Paladin Danse is missing.

I did not send him to anywhere. He just missing during my gameplay. I have tried "prid ID, moveto player", this commend works on all companion except Danse. Can anyone give me another possible solution? Or just let me know i am not the only one suffering from this terrible bug

Verify game files, if that doesn't work than reload an old save

The problem is all my saves are without Danse. At first, i thought he might be blocked by some object so that i cound not see him, and that is not a big deal. After an hour, things are just to late.

What about the hard saves? Did you try to verify game files yet?

I have verified. Sadly, my auto saves and quick saves are all without Danse.

If you are at a certain point in the game (No spoilers) then its possible hes unavailable. I really cant say any more but Ill put it in spoilers.

There becomes a point in the story where danse is actually a ***** and he runs away. You are charged by the BoS in finding and executing him. You dont have to kill him by the way and If you have high enough charm (Charisma) you can actually talk him down. If you are at that point then he's probably been removed by the engine until you actually get to where he is.

Ive had it happen with Piper. You dismiss her to sancuary or where ever and shes not there. theres a couple of plot points with her where she will just return to a certain point. Both times this happened she was in diamond city, once at Nicks (Detective) and another at the majors office just incase anyones stuck with piper doing the disapearace act.

You can also press @ and type: Player.moveto 00002f1f

Danse would be: Player.Moveto 0005de4d

Be cautious with Danse. If hes at the point I said, then you may bork your game.

Ok, I'm not insulting you, but you should hard save often. Just because this has happend to me and others, hard saves don't get corrupted and moved like quick saves and auto saves, you should hard save after each big event. That's a mistake then for you to do that

I have the exact same problem. Have you ever found him? It's not quest related and my hard saves ALSO have him missing: he's missing in EVERY save, from Vault 111 to where I am now.
