Any noticable differences between Power Armors?
Have a bunch of T-45's standing around, just found my 1st T-60 however. Is there any advantage from one to the other?

I don't use power armor, but have you looked at the difference in stats? I'm fairly certain the T-60 is better than the T-45.

T60 has better stats than T45. If you have put a lot into upgrading your T45 and can't be bothered upgrading the new set is up to you.

Each line of power armor is a direct upgrade from the previous one. T-45 is the worst, X-01 is the best. T-60 is the best model of Pre-War power armor, and thus the second best overall.

Wait, Ex-O-One is not a pre-war design?.. I must've totally blinked on that one. Used to think it was designed before the Cleansing, and only produced after that by the remains of the Government ever since Fallout 2...

I might be wrong, but if I remember corectly, some of the mods can't be applied to the '45, even an upgraded one....

The T-60 model was the last one designed and/or produced prior to the bombs falling. The Enclave experimented heavily with new models of power armor after the Great War but were never successful until (I believe) shortly before Fallout 2, with most of their prototypes failing catastrophically (exploding was apparently the most popular method of failiure)
