Covenant Warning - Don't Enter with Brotherhood Power Armor (they will attack you)

When I found this place... I passed the test and was granted entrance... talked to the guy in charge... and the other guy searching for the lost convoy. However, anything else I did or walked too resulted in everyone attacking me. I couldn't figure out why and thought it was some kind of bug or something. I must have loaded my back saved games about a dozen times to restart but then I later found out it was the Brotherhood Power Armor I had on. After I took it off, I was able to interact with everyone and bought the Destroyer Legendary Helmet at the shop, which was my main reason for going there

That's weird. As i know that they don't oppose brotherhood's ideals. Well they are bunch of ♥♥♥♥♥. Probably that's the reason. They are so stupid that they thought you were a synth or something

Wonder why that happens. BH hate synths and so do the Covenant. Figured they'd get along fine aside from the BH wanting to tell them what to do.

It's not your power armor. After you hack the terminal and talk to the guy when you leave they go hostile until you explore the pipe and decide what to do with the doctor. Also, if you have the Tesla on your power armor it will zap the NPCs and they will go hostile on you. They also go hostile if they catch you hacking or picking the locks.

NO DAN... They either hate the Brotherhood or there is a BUG in the game. I passed the test... and walked into the settlement... BOOM... they attacked... I didn't do anything... no hacking.. no stealing... nothing.. but when I took off my Power Armor... they were all nice..

Did you have the target hud mod in your power armor helmet? If so, that was likely the issue as that mod is currently bugged. Some non hostile npcs become hostile under that effect.

Ah so thats why Railroad started attacking me for no reason
it was the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ targeting hud in my PA

I had a bug with Coverant... Whenever I went into the shop or near anyone, the entire place would turn against me. I found out however, if you take your Power Armour off while within the walls, they wont. My Power Armour was the X-01 MK-V with Titanium shielding with the VATS mod on the helmet. (So, no Brotherhood Power-Armour and no Targeting HUD)

The Railroad never attacked me while wearing my armour, but Conerant did. It was one hella weird glitch.

Face it, the best thing to do with Covenant is nuke it. What could be a lovely settlement is totally fubar.
