Viable Blood Samples & Technical Documents [SPOILERS]

*CONTAINS MEGA STORY SPOILERS so I'm tagging entire post as spoilers because I do not want to ruin anyone's experience!*

So as you may or may not know, there's an ongoing BoS quest where you can collect & turn in blood samples & documents for caps. BUT! After you complete the main story siding with the Institute, are these just useless junk? Because well... I don't think the Prydwen will be flying anytime soon... I figured someone from the Institute would take the quests over but I guess not... is this an oversight or what?

Edit: It's not even junk! Junk has more use than these :P
