Luck and Charisma build

Anybody have any success with this build? I love the richochet perk and the mysterious stranger but otherwise i feel kind of weak. Playing on survival.

Well, considering there is no level cap, and that you can pump skill points into your SPECIAL stats, you can pretty much build a god character, even on survival.

A build around Intimidation and ricochet sounds hilarious. Just turn your enemies against each other.

I have 3 toons pure CHA/LUCK and they do fine. Still using pipe pistol too. If I see a legendary I cripple legs or throw 3-4 mines. No trouble sneaking behind behemoth with my knife and cutting that sweet sweet tendon, then they just flail on the floor all crippled then I spend 5 mins wacking and smacking that meat. I actually removed Mysterious Stranger because he was absolutely crushing everything in sight.
