Fort Hagen exit bug? (Spoiler)

So I'm stuck in fort hagen after mission reunions. I can get to the roof (mission is to talk to piper). Kellog is dead, I used his terminal, looted his body, read his files and used the elevator to go to the roof (original route is blocked now). There's a terminal with security door menu, but it's blank. I cannot open the door and continue the game.
Anyone facing the same issue?
Also, is there a fix or should I just wait for Bethesda (or more likely fans) to patch the game?

Additional info: Turret disabling works on terminals like supposed to. Just door unlock is bugged. Restarting did not help.
I did check the interwebs and walkthroughs say that I'm trying to go to right direction. :(

Hi,
had the same problem. First time after i killed Kellogg i talked to Nick an told him to meet in Diamond City. I went up the elevator and no option to open the door. Luckily i had an autosave before i talked to Nick. This time i told him lets go, so he stayed with me. Went up the elevator with Nick and still no option to open the door. I then commanded Nick to use the Terminal and after that i had the "open door" option appear. Dunno what hapens tho if you dont take Nick on this quest.
I highly recommend everyone to make a hardsave before starting fort hagen....

well, for me the option to open door was available day after. no idea why but i won't complain if I can continue the game :)

In my experience, you can only exit Fort Hagen during that mission when it is night time, because of the "epic" display of the BoS blimp with the lights and such. In my first gameplay it was already midnight when i got out of the building, so I didnt get stuck. But in my current gameplay I got out of the building when it was 8 am, and couldnt get the door to open, no option available. So I went back, sat in a chair and waited for 12 hours, went up and the option to open the door was available now e.e

I think Nighthare nailed it. I didn't have the option to open the door until midnight had passed.

go to the terminal, so it will show you the option to open security doors.
