Reason, it didn't hae enough defense.
I just put up two or 3 turrets so defense rating was above water plus food rating
and not been bothered there since.
I have 4 settlements so far. Rather boring if defense is above food plus water on them all.
I will note the raiders dont seem to manage to perma kill settlers. All they did at Tenpines
was trample the tomato crop.
I wasn't actually as clear as I wanted to be looking back, by asking for help I mean kidnappings, goul problems, raider problems ect. Tenpines Bluff is my most attacked settlement but only about 3 raids.. and it does have 15 defence with only two settlers.
Just seems strange how it's always there and no where else that gets attacked or have people kidnapped ect.
As you say though, failing to defend a raid really means nothing. I had a deathclaw rip appart one of my settlers.. got up like nothing happened afterwards and carried on.
Shame. Johnny was a good kid.
