Addictol which is a medicine around. or find a doctor.

See a doctor, take an adictol (aid item) or take the perk to ignore addiction

There is something you can make, can't remember if it is from the chemistry or cooking station, but there is something you can craft to cure addiction, without having to spend caps at a doctor.

I think you can go to a doctor normally, or you can use addictol but I'ver rarely found it.

You can make "refreshing beverage" at a chem lab. It heals pretty well and cleans out addictions. I have yet to actually see addictol in the game...

Or just do more drugs.

Its there, just extremely rare from what I have seen.

Actually don't forget to use the perk whose secondary point in it allows you to never be addicted to chems.
