So I want the Piezonucleic Armor but...
TL;DR - I did the quest, lost the armor very early in the game to an npc bug. The 'help "Piezonucleic" 4' command in console brings nothing up. If someone has the armor, and can drop the item id here, that'd be greeeeeeat. I kind of suspect there's no way to spawn legendaries though.

--------------------------------------------------

For starters, I did the quest already. Long time ago, before I was even really using power armor to begin with, so it was likely spawned as a varient of the T45 or T51 series.

Second, when I did the quest to retake the Castle, I took off my trashy/incomplete power armor (with the Piezonucleic chest piece) to scrap a bunch of armor and weapons I had been dragging around for a while, pretty much immediately after fighting off the Mirelurk Queen. You may not know that there is NO default power armor station, so I guess a leftover Minuteman thought he could walk off with it because I hadn't properly parked it. Lucky for me, it was the Minuteman that takes over the radio station, which is conveniently IMMORTAL AND WILL NOT MOVE FROM THE RADIO SEAT NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU ASK HIM TO TAKE OFF THAT POWER ARMOR.

Now my character is level 55, I sport a suit of X-01 and regret not being able to reacquire it at the labs.

At first I looked into the resetquest console stuff, but that'd require respawning all the essential NPCs at the Cambridge Labs, plus the station where you make the armor would need to be reset. That was the first thing I checked around, both tcl'ing behind the station to find a button that does nothing to reset it, not a lot of luck there.

I'm just assuming if someone has the armor, takes it off and selects it in console, I can just spawn it again with the ID. Dunno. Halp.

So, not sure if you got this resolved or not. Click on the radio man in console, and type "openactorcontainer 1". You should be able to get the piece back that way ;)

It's not that great of an armor piece anyways. It's worse than T-60.

Two points in Armorsmith and my T-60 D beats out Piezonucleic D

Nailed it - "I don't know how you'd track it without having the ref ID of the settler who presumably ran off with it, and unfortunately these aren't proper unique armour pieces, so they don't have unique object IDs, either. You could recreate it by dropping any T51 chest on the ground, clicking on it with the console open and entering attachmod 22879c." Then simply rename.

IIRC The radio operator will get out of his seat if you cut power to the radio although I'm not 100% sure
