How to remove a Brahmin corpse?
A trader went to my base and I killed her and her brahmin, but I can't remove their bodies. I can move the trader's body to the river and dump her there but the Brahmin stays there forever. What to do?

Don't kill brahmin in your base?

Seriously though all corpses etc within an area will disappear after a certain amount of game time has passed. I believe its normally a few days.

I do not know if you can gib already dead enemies, but have you considered the method used in real life to deal with beached whales?

EXPLOSIVES.

Too big to move? Try individual pieces!

YES! Thank you!! This worked. But I can still interact with body? Whatever, it's irrelevant.

He essentially told you how to make the Brahmin 0" tall via a console command.

If you want to get rid of it for good, there should be a destroy command somewhere.

EDIT: Try clicking on them and using the command "disable" instead.

From memory you need to target the corpse and use the disable command. Haven't tried in FO4, but thats the way it has been in past games on this engine.

This. Open the console, leftclick the corpse (and make sure it's definitely the corpse you have selected), then either do Disable or Markfordelete. Same thing, you may have to exit/reload that area for the body to be removed.

I find myself having to do this quite frequently, kindof amazed how many incidents there are of things attacking or getting killed by my settlements and they're not flagged [T] (which I believe means Temporary, they'll be deleted soon after, so if you see the [T] when you select it in console you don't need to worry about manually removing it.)

Disabling doesn't work on objects that are part of the scene, like the dead brahmin in Taffington Boathouse. At a loss with what to do about those~
Mark for delete doesn't work either.

If you have the manufacturer extended mod installed, you can position an elevator to lift up the brahmin, set up a conveyor belt leading into an Auto-Butcher, delted the elevator, and voila, delicious and removable brahmin bits :)

OTOH, thanks for bringing up the subject. Just wondering the same thing about a stuck deathclaw on my porch.
