Dependency quest bug

After convincing Bobby to get clean via speech check I went back to talk to Tina and convinced her to come to my settlement. Now she just keeps saying she hopes I can make bobby better and I can't complete the quest. Is there a workaround or do I need to abandon this til a patch is released?

Edit: So I talked to Rachel and a conversation between her and Bobby began and I was able to complete the quest. But Tina hasn't shown up at any of my settlements and I've waited for several days. I was also not given the option to choose which one so any got a workaround for this ?

Would also like to know this. I'll have to try and talk to Rachel to see if that completes it for me, cause I hate having a bugged quest in my logs:/

same bug,when she says she'll join u she pauses says "this doesnt make any sense" and gets stuck.no quest no moving to settlement window appears.

According to Fallout Wiki, the quest is indeed bugged and the window to make Tina a settler only appears if Bobby dies during the quest.
