Report a translation problem
There have been no full fixes. Just partial with regard to user ideas.. But it seems to come back. I think that stuff about tvs and no fast travel from the settlement is just a plecebo.. The patch that came out only worked on 6 things 2 of which were "general" memory issues or w/e I dunno.. It was pretty pathetic for such a big company and over 2 weeks. Not even a full patch, lol. prly getting past 2 billion in sales now.. and that is what we get.

haha!! this!! so much this!! they're probably doing lines of coke off of hookers and poor bob can't go with them cuz he had to fix the 'no god rays" glitch.... hahah!
I know this answer is late, but it seems to be something to decrease the stress on the computer's processor whenever the player leaves and re-enters the cell (disabling particle effects). It's still in the game.
