what makes you think they need to have AAA celeb voice actors, Fallout 3 and NV even Skyrim mods have more voice actors in just their little projects and more variation. Most likely no. Dr. Madison Li on the other hand is a different story. She was heading to the Commonwealth after the events of the main quest in Fallout 3. So maybe will see her in that game?

I heard someone else say that the game starts a month after the Lone Wanderer leaves vault 101 for the first time. So unless Moria was sprinting to the common wealth while you weren't looking in Fallout 3 I doubt it.

I would like Moira and the only thing I think is in the canon after Fallout 3 is that after reminiscing about the Lone Wanderer she eventually writes a biography on him/her, don't know what the canon sex is. I personally really liked her and would like to see her in some form or atleast encountering wasteland survival guides like others have said.

I really like Piper as well though and even though the personality seems diffrent she seems like she may give you similar quests to provide information for her articles.

considering Fo4 happens during Fo3 the wasteland survival guide wont be finished
