What will the fallout 4 main character be called?

In FO1 you were a vault dweller,
In FO2 you were "The Chosen One",
In FO3 you were "The Lone Wanderer",
In FNV you were The mailma--I mean "The Courier",
What will you be in FO4?

Also, idk if they have announced this yet but have they confirmed where FO4 will be? i.e FNV was in the mojave and FO3 was in DC.

I don't really care about the surname we could hear in radios.

I believe the Mr. Handy robot is the only one that does this

In the E3 presentation, they said it's over 1000 of recorded most popular names, including "Mr. Fu*kface". Because of this, I imagine it's only very rarely when someone calls you by your name.
