Stop any settler from taking specific bed?

I will usually make 1 bed more than what's required for the occasions I sleep there; usually away from others. Is there a way to ensure that no settlers takes that bed--beside--assigning all settlers his/her own bed (other than the bed that I want for my character) ?

do you use nexus its free there is a few my bed only mods. its is yours no one sleeps in it but you

just put the bed you want for yourself into storage, the NPCs will pick the left over beds and then put down the bed you want for yourself

even with assigning beds settlers tend to forget the asignments. i try to give vendor settlers special beds, i asign them, only to find other settlers on that bed later on. sometimes when i done asignments over 5-20 visits of settlements the asignment sinks in and they remember it....

There are several mods on nexus which have "my bed", or other such specific things like 'they can be assigned / they can all fit on one bed' etc.

I did download this one, though it didn't work for ME personally, it definitely does what it says it does.

Assigning them is kind of haphazard overall, and while I really do want specific bed assignments because I often have 'housing numbers/mail boxes' for each one, in the long run you're not really going to be there to watch them sleep are ya?

Settlers won't open a powered door. So you could build a house with a powered door and keep it closed, no one will go in. That will stop them swiping your weapons as well.

That won't actually stop them from being in the room, because they teleport. But putting items on mannequins will prevent it.

the skeleton key a fallout 4 mod you can lock safes with it none can get in it only you. dont use doors with quest you can open them but dont it breaks the questline and wont trigger any more

send codsworth/curie or an automatron to your home settlement. then with build mode active assign them the bed you want to reserve. since they are robots they will never use the bed.

You need to assign beds you can do it like how you would assign resources or workplaces just have an equal amount of beds and people making sure they are all assigned to each settler. If you have a lot of settlers just make an excess of bed and hide your bed away. They are only choosing your bed because it is the closet one to them. In my settlement I have my bedroom at the top floor and the only way to access it is through an elevator ride.
