No bobblehead stand?
So, I started a new save a few months ago, since my friend decided to abuse console comands on my old save, but I stoped play after a few days, now I just got back, found 2 bobbleheads and wanted to make a stand in Sactuary, but it doesn't even show anywhere in the building menu, any idea on what must be wrong?

Should be found under Miscellaneous in the Furniture tab. If its not there and you are using mods, there may be a conflict causing some parts of the build menu to not appear.

If nothing else, get the room in Vault 81 (you get it after getting the cure for the boy). It has a bobblehead stand in it. Not the most ideal method, but it does give a way to display them.

I do have DLCs but I allways had these DLCs and in all my other runs I could build it

It should be there.

and i see nothing in fallout edit that would disable the recipe

You know what? I found it...once I moved away from the spot where I wanted to build it. I had to leave the inside of the Red Rocket before it appeared in the menu. *boggle* Same base, different place, badaboom. Weird, right?

I was ultimately able to place it where I wanted once it was in my hands, but I had to not be there to get it in the menu.
