This has got to be a mod issue. Do make sure that when you reinstall the game that there are no leftover files in the Fallout4 steam directory. Delete the entire folder after you have uninstalled the game, then reinstall it.

If you removed a lot of mods and tried to reload a save you had with them, it's gunna have a high chance of crashing. Did you try making a new game?

Let's start from the top. Do post your system specs for us so we know what you are dealing with.

Windows 10, Procesor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2808 MHz, 6cores, 16GBRam, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8GBRam,

RTX 2070 means you need to disable weapons debris. If you also have a monitor with a high refresh rate then you need to limit it to 60Hz. You should be able to see and optimise the game settings through GeForce Experience.

As long as you are careful not to install stuff that conflict you can have tons of mods.

I have about 320 installed and still rarely get crashes.

ok big jim is where he should be, I only had 80 mods and most of them were graphic and texture mods, now i must find modding guide to Fallout and dont have the same problem.
Thanks Again

Yah, I am not sure what to think about this issue myself. The blame falls on Bethesda as much as it falls on Nvidia. Bethesda for using a proprietary Nvidia API (NVFlex) to implement weapon debris and Nvidia for no longer supporting the old API on their newer cards. AMD users will roll their eyes at this, and they are right.

Seriously? That's tragic...
Never been a fan of Nvidias gimmicky features.

This is so far my understanding of it.

There is a mod that fixes the issue, but I feel reluctant to recommend it to the OP, because of the mod problem here. Still, it is available on NexusMods.
