I need help with Skillzerk Weapons pack

So skillzerk was a modder that made a few for this game and back in 2018 he committed suicide. In one of his mod's "Skillzerk's Weapons Pack" he put a vendor in the game at a abandoned house with I believe the name "Abe", I think he named the npc after himself. For a large amount of caps, or looting off of the npc, you could get a document labeled "Note". This was Skillzerk's suicide letter that he put in game and as a result the mods was taken off the Sony Playstations but left on PC and the Xbox 1. I have the mod in the FO4 launcher but anytime I load the game all my mods un-enable, this was one of my favorite weapon packs and hoped someone had a work around. Possibly a nexus link or a solution to all my mods getting un-enabled.

So I can confirm. Almost a year later that this version not only maintains the mod but the note as well

SkuggiHestur, I played the game after and now the mod is back in my game. Abe and all, don't know why.
