Fallout 4 Enhanced Wasteland Preset is the reshade i use but sadly its been taken off the Nexus. If you can find a copy it is excellent.

thought it would be an issue with the mods, it wasnt, so i uninstalled the files and validated the game, anyways 2 seconds ago i figured out i can modify existing reshade presets, so problem solved wont be needing any other mods for now
