National Guard Training Yard Not Respawing

As the title says, I'm looking to do some Legendary farming in this location but even after sleeping for 30+ days, it still says cleared. Any advise?

Are you playing in survival mode? That ups the time to respawn a Cleared location to 80 days. And where are you passing the time at? The time restarts each time you load that area.

Nope, playing on Very Hard.

If you have done Nuka World, just east of the Nuka World Red Rocket location, is one of the best places to farm for legendary drops. The enemies there will re-spawn about once every couple days or so.

Even if you want to do the quests for the gangs, you can kill the Nuka World gangs which spawn there and still stay friendly with the gangs.

And as Steve pointed out, you need to pass the time at a different location, then fast travel to the place you want to farm.

I have nuka world but haven't been yet. I know of the location you speak of but wanted to leave it out until I actually venture to nuka world.

I have been sleeping in Sanctuary the whole time and it still didn't work. Idk why but I did 2 small quests and the area has cleared out. Now I just have to pray to RNGesus that I don't have to spend too much time farming.
